the Villa

Villa Inia is located by the sea in the south of Crete on the west coast of the Messara plain.

Villa Inia is detached on a plot of 8000m².

Villa Inia stands 70 metres above sea level on a hill on the outskirts of the village of Pitsidia.

You enjoy an unobstructed marvellous view of the sunset in the Libyan Sea and the Psiloritis Mountains

Villa Inia is situated in a very quiet location at the end of a small driveway which is a dead end. Without any road noise you can completely relax.

The orientation of Villa Inia is to the west. Unforgettable sunsets in the sea are guaranteed.

Below Villa Inia there is a footpath that leads to the sandy beach of Komos.

Alternatively, you can of course also drive to the beach by road.

Getting there to

the Villa

Your destination airport is Heraklion on Crete.

It is 60 km from the airport to Villa Inia in Pitsidia. The journey by rental car or taxi takes about 50 minutes. We will be happy to assist you in booking a rental car.

Directions in Pitsidia:

Take the main road from Mires to the village of Pitsidia. After passing the town sign, you will see the "Kings" café on the right after approx. 600 m. Immediately before it, turn right onto a tarred road. After approx. 200 m, take the first road on the left. After approx. 90 m, the road becomes a dirt track. Do not turn right here down the hill, but follow the path straight ahead. Follow this dirt road straight ahead for another 300 m until you see the gate to Villa Inia on the right-hand side.

Beach of

the Villa

The beach of Komos is about 1,5 km away from the villa and belongs to the most beautiful sandy beaches of Crete. It stretches from the village of Kalamaki in the north down to the steep cape in the south, behind which is the bay of Matala. The beach is located in an archaeological protection zone and may not be built on.
Due to its enormous length and width, the beach is never crowded and offers space for every kind of activity. The clear water invites you to swim, swim and snorkel. There are two restaurants at the southern end of the beach.

Crete is the largest Greek island with about 8,300 km² and is located in the southern Mediterranean Sea. With 300 Sundays per year, a holiday on Crete is possible all year round. Bathing at secluded bays in crystal-clear water or hiking in the mountains and through gorges make southern Crete a nature experience.
